We offer both Hong Kong domestic and international shipping.

 

We are delighted to offer FREE* shipping to Hong Kong commercial address*. International shipping costs are charged flat rate and it will calculated automatically at the checkout page when the destination is selected.

 

For Hong Kong Delivery: Your order will be sent by SF Express. Once dispatched, the delivery usually takes 1-3 working days (Public holiday may increase the delivery time). Please note surcharge may applies to non-industrial/commercial address and remote areas in Hong Kong.

 

*offer does not include Remote Area Surcharge, Non-Industrial/Commercial Surcharge, Special Warehousing Surcharge, and Other Special Handling Charges.

 

For International Delivery: Flat rate US$20. Your order will be sent by Hong Kong Post or other equivalent courier with tracking service, please see below for the estimated delivery time. We can also arrange express delivery, please email us for shipping quotation.

**Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. Delays in customs can also increase the delivery time.

 

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs within the destination country. Any applicable customs or import duties will be assessed upon delivery based on the value of the order, to be paid by the recipient of the shipment. Customs policies vary by country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

 

 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
 

Our price is based in HK Dollars (HKD), and payment transactions will be made in your preferred choice of currency via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, they also accept credit card or debit cards.

 

We simply ask that you review your order and delivery method carefully before submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted. We will send you an order confirmation email once we received the order.

 

Final sale or promotion item is not applicable for refund.

 

Discount code: Only one discount code may be used per purchase order.

 

Free Shipping promotion: We will decide on the method of delivery either by standard post, courier or otherwise. 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

We carried out serious quality check before sending out the products.

 

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we gladly offer 7 days Returns & Exchanges Policy, starting the day you receive your order. Please email us at info@sixlee.be to process the return or exchange. However final sale item is not applicable for exchange or return.

 

Hong Kong customer:

  • We want to give you a hassle-free way to exchange or return anything and returns are FREE from any Hong Kong Industrial/Commercial address.

  • Please first contact us at eshop@mrpoco.com to process the return or exchange. We will arrange return/exchange product(s) to be picked up.

  • It can usually take up to 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to us.

  • Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order.

  • Any exchange will subject to availiability of size and colour. We offer exchange service once and we will cover the shipping costs.

 

International customer:

  • You can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the shipping costs yourself.

  • Please ensure that product(s) are returned to us via signed for delivery and a certificate of posting is obtained. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.

  • Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order.

  • Any exchange will subject to availiability of size and colour.  We offer exchange service once and we will cover the shipping costs.

 

Please note that the following rules must apply for the product(s) that you would like to return or exchange:

 

  • The product(s) MUST be returned unused, with all the original packaging and with all the authenticity tags and seals still attached. Shoes must also be returned unmarked and in their original shoe box. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging. To ensure you have the right size, customers can try shoes on, on a carpeted or soft surface, however, MR POCO will not accept shoes with any sign of wear and tear. Items presented in a branded box must be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. Please note that items returned without their box or in a damaged box may not be accepted.

  • All returns are inspected on arrival and a full refund will NOT be issued if the product(s) are not in new and original condition.

  • The shipping charges of your original order are non-refundable.

  • Do not return your product(s) without first contacting us. We will provide you with a specific returns address. (Returns should not be sent to the shipping address listed on the parcel)

 

We reserve the right to make the final decision on returns/refund.

We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. We may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.
